Product Name | Cotton Durable Flame Retardant CP |
Other Introduction | Cotton Durable Flame Retardant CP, is a colorless or light yellow viscous liquid with a slightly spicy taste, a phosphate ester reactive flame retardant containing dual flame retardant elements of phosphorus and nitrogen. Due to the cross-linking of reactive N-methylol groups with the fabric, it is permanently flame retardant. When used in combination with other auxiliaries, new multifunctional textile products such as flame retardant, water repellent or oil repellency can be obtained at the same time.
Features: 1. It can endow pure cotton fabrics with excellent flame retardant properties. After the flame retardant finishing, the fabric has no afterburning and smoldering phenomenon; it reaches the B2 level or above in GB5455-85; user tests show that it has reached the flame retardant standards of British BS3210, TY-2500-0009, DOCFF3-71, etc. 2. Good washing resistance, user experience shows that after 30-50 times of washing, the flame retardant effect can still meet the requirements. 3. Good compatibility with various finishing auxiliaries. 4. The preparation of flame retardant finishing liquid is simple. 5. It can be rolled or baked on a general resin finishing machine without additional special equipment.
Product Usage: Widely used in the processing of cotton, linen, viscose and other fiber fabrics. It is required that the fabric to be treated should be well pre-treated, and should meet the requirements of uniformity, cleanliness and penetration, and the wetting agent added at the same time should be appropriate. When the resins are used together, not only the flame retardant effect but also the washing resistance can be improved. The application recipe is as follows: 1. Cotton flame retardant 350-400 g/L, resin 80-100 g/L Phosphoric acid 18-20 g/L, softener 20-40 g/L, penetrant (non-ionic) 0~3 g/L 2. Reference process for flame retardant finishing: Cotton fabric padding (two dipping and two rolling, Mangle expression 65-70%)----drying (105°C' 5min)-----baking (155°C' 4min, 165°C-170°C/2- 3 minutes----Neutralization (soda ash 50g/L, 20-30°C)----Soaping (soda ash 2g/L, soap powder 3g/L, 60°C' 3min)---- - Wash and dry
Precautions: 1. The above formula and process can be appropriately changed according to the fabric and site conditions. 2. Necessary small sample tests should be carried out when other additives are added. 3. Some dyes may have a slight effect, and a pre-test of color and light changes should be carried out before production. 4. The baking temperature and time play a decisive role in the fixation rate of the flame retardant. If the temperature is too low, it will affect the washing resistance and flame retardant effect. 5. After the fabric is baked, it should be alkali washed and washed in time, so as not to affect the strength and flame retardant effect of the fabric.
Packaging: Packing: 50kg/drum or according to customer requirements Storage and transportation: Store in a cool, ventilated and dry warehouse to prevent direct sunlight.
