Product properties:

Appearance: colorless to light yellow transparent liquid

Composition: Organophosphorus nitrogen phosphate ester

Solid content: 48±1%

PH value: 4-6

Features and uses:

1) It can be used for the finishing of padding process, or spraying or dipping process

2) It can be used in the same bath with the screened functional additives such as water repellent, softener, stiffener, and has little interference with other additives;

3) When placed after treatment, there is no moisture return and frost return on the cloth surface and the flame retardant effect is reduced, and the cloth surface is dry and not greasy.

4) The discoloration is small but must be tested before production, this product is not irritating to the skin.

Application process:

1. Application formula

for polyester

Dosage: 60-200g/L

For cotton and polyester cotton

Dosage: 100-400g/L

2. Process flow

Padding (Mangle expression 75%-100%)---drying

It can also be applied to the fabric by spraying and then dried or air-dried.

Precautions:

1. The dosage can be adjusted according to the specific cloth type, fiber and dye quality.

2. When used in the same bath with other additives, do the same bath experiment.

3. Considering the permeability of the cloth surface, some penetrants can be selectively added.
