Non-durable flame retardant ASN

Flame retardant finishing agent ASN is suitable for non-durable flame retardant finishing agent for cotton, viscose, polyester, wool and other blended fabrics. Can be used in the same bath with other screening auxiliaries.

Appearance: white solid

Composition: Phosphorus and nitrogen compounds

Solid content: 99 ± 1%

Features and uses:

1) Flame retardancy: The combustion performance of the fabric after treatment conforms to the regulations of the US DOC-FF3-11 (vertical combustion method) and FZ/TO1028-93 (horizontal combustion method);

2) The processing method is simple, easy to store and prepare working fluid;

3) It can be used in the same bath with the screened functional additives such as water repellent, softener, and stiffener, and has little interference with other additives;

4) When placed after treatment, there is no obvious phenomenon of moisture return and frost return on the cloth surface and the flame retardant effect is reduced.

Application process:

1. Padding method:

ASN (20% diluent) 200-400G/L (comprehensive usage is about 4%-8%)

One dip and one rolling (Mangle expression 60-70%) --------- drying (100-120 degrees)

2. Spray method

Ann requires to prepare a solution, spray it on the fabric, and dry it.

Precautions:

1. The dosage can be adjusted according to the specific cloth type, fiber and dye quality;

2. When using in the same bath with other additives, do the same bath experiment;

3. It is recommended to turn into a 20% aqueous solution for use;
