Non-durable flame retardant ASN-240

Flame retardant finishing agent ASN-240 is suitable for non-durable flame retardant finishing agent for cotton, viscose, polyester, wool and other blended fabrics. After finishing, the fabric feels soft and dry, and can be miscible with some adhesives such as acrylic adhesive.

Product properties:

Appearance: Transparent light yellow liquid

Composition: Phosphorus and nitrogen compounds

Solid content: 20 ± 1%

Features and uses:

1) After being placed for a long time after treatment, there is no obvious phenomenon of moisture return and frost return on the cloth surface and the flame retardant effect is reduced.

2) It can be used in the same bath with functional auxiliaries such as screening softener, stiffener, waterproofing agent, acrylic adhesive, etc., with little interference to other auxiliaries.

3) After finishing, the fabric feels soft and dry without greasy feeling.

Application process:

1. Padding method:

ASN-240 200-400G/L

One dip and one rolling (Mangle expression 60-100%) --------- drying (100-120 degrees)

2. Spray method

Prepare the solution as required, spray it on the fabric, and dry it

1. The dosage can be adjusted according to the specific cloth type and flame retardant requirements;

2. When used in the same bath with other auxiliaries, it must be used in the same bath
