Polyester Durable Flame Retardant 193

Flame Retardant 193 is a durable flame retardant for polyester fabrics. At present, it is widely used in the flame retardant finishing of pure polyester fabrics, and its quality index and application effect have reached the level of similar products in the world.

Property:

Appearance: colorless or light yellow transparent liquid

Solid content: 93 ± 1%

Solubility: easily soluble in cold water

characteristic:

1. A lower dosage can achieve a good flame retardant effect;

2. Good washability, and it can still maintain a good effect after repeated washing;

3. The strength of the finished fabric is basically unaffected;

4. Low volatility, non-toxic;

5. It can be applied on conventional models;

Application:

1. Preprocessing

Because polyester fabric has poor water absorption and low liquid carrying rate, it is best to perform a lye treatment before flame retardant finishing. This not only improves the water absorption of polyester fabrics to ensure uniform liquid carrying, but also removes impurities and other auxiliaries on the surface of the fabrics to prevent the effect of flame retardant;

NAOH: 20-30G/L Temperature: 95-100 degrees Time: 30-60 minutes

2. Flame retardant finishing

The concentration of the flame retardant is adjusted according to the gram weight of the fabric and the liquid.

1) Formula: 193:150-180g/L, non-ionic penetrant (0.5-1g/L)

Sodium dihydrogen phosphate, adjust pH to 6.5

2) Preparation of working bath:

First add a small amount of soft water, then add the required 193, stir and dissolve fully; add 10-20% sodium dihydrogen phosphate solution dropwise, check the pH at any time, and stop adding when it reaches 6.5. Dilute to specified weight (volume) with water. The prepared working solution should be used as soon as possible, otherwise PH=6.5 needs to be readjusted before use.

3) Production process

One dip and one rolling (rollover rate 60-70%)-----drying (100-120 degrees/1-2 minutes)---baking (190-195 degrees/1-2 minutes)--- -45 degree hot water wash---cold wash---dry

Precautions:

1. The hydrophilicity of the water drop test cloth is good, and the pretreatment can be omitted;

2. Two dips and two rolls are required when making samples in the laboratory;

3. Baking temperature (195-200 degrees / 1-2 minutes), high temperature, good effect - wash with cold water and dry;
