Flame retardant FND-03 is a high-performance phosphate ester flame retardant for polyester or polyester/cotton blended fabrics. The resistance performance of the treated material reaches the national standard (flammable B1 level), Can be widely used in curtain cloth, vertical curtain , wallpaper cloth, sofa cloth, toy cloth, car decoration cloth, clothing cloth, etc.

Features and uses:

1) After being placed for a long time after treatment, there is no obvious phenomenon of moisture return and frost return on the cloth surface and the flame retardant effect is reduced.

2) After finishing, the fabric feels soft and dry without greasy feeling.

3) It has the advantages of low yellowing, anti-melting drop, and high flame retardant efficiency.

Use process:

Recommended ratio:

Flame retardant: 80-300 g/L

1) Immerse the material to be flame retardant in the flame retardant, and then dry, dry or air dry.

2) After soaking the cloth, spin it dry with a dehydrator or squeeze it by hand, and then dry it in the sun, dry it or air it.

3) Spraying method, repeatedly spray evenly on the front and back of the material until it is soaked.

4) In continuous production, padding method (two dips and two rolls, drying) can be used.

The amount of flame retardant is generally 5-30% of the weight of the material.

Package:

200Kg/barrel, sealed and stored away from light, storage period is 12 months at -5-30°C.
