Flame Retardant for Adhesives 200

Flame Retardant 200 is an environmentally friendly coating flame retardant for fabrics. It is mainly used for flame retardant finishing in coatings, and its quality index and application effect reach the level of similar products in the world.

Solubility: easily soluble in solvent and water

Features:

1) Environmentally friendly, free of heavy metals and halogens, and other O-TEX prohibited substances;

2) A lower dosage can achieve excellent flame retardant effect;

3) When used in solvent-based PU coating finishing, it has better synergistic effect with Elionflam PD pdr;

Application:

1) Solvent-based PU coating

First open the PU solubilizer (toluene, etc.), directly add flame retardant 200 to the coating adhesive in proportion, and control the amount of flame retardant 200 within 18%.

Direct coating and scraping---drying (130-140 degrees/1MIN).

2) Efficient flame retardant coating

PU adhesive 40-50%; Solvent 20-30%; Flame Retardant 200 6.0-15.0%; Elionflam PD 15.0-24.0%;

Finally, add flame retardant powder PD, stir to be fully and evenly, and then carry out direct scraping;

Due to the different requirements of cloth and flame retardant, it is recommended that the proportion of flame retardant is 30%, 200:PD=1:1----1:4.

Precautions:

1. The dosage of flame retardant 200 should be controlled within 18%. Excessive dosage may cause the cloth surface to be slippery;

2. The flame retardant PD must be fully stirred to avoid white spots;
